Why he built this
In an interventional pain practice, the patients who do worst are rarely the ones with the worst imaging. They are the ones whose metabolic and autonomic physiology is disordered — and that disorder is almost never measured, because measuring it has traditionally required a hospital laboratory, a tilt table and an afternoon.
