Measura wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.
What we aim for
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means:
- Text and background color combinations are measured against every surface they appear on, not only against the page background.
- Headings run in order without skipped levels, so a screen reader can navigate the structure.
- Every image carries a real text description, and decorative images are marked as decorative so they are skipped rather than announced.
- Videos load only when you choose to play them, and each play control carries the video’s title as its label.
- Form fields have visible labels bound to the input, and focus is always visible.
- The site works at any window width without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
Videos hosted on YouTube use YouTube’s own player once you press play, and its controls are outside our control. Automatic captions on those videos come from YouTube and are not always accurate.
